Help creating and managing the voice of EasyStore to build brand awareness and strong relationships within the online and offline community.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for seasonal planning & partner outreach
  • Gather partners' data, generate reports and carry out advanced performance analysis
  • Managing existing relationships with partners as well as drive new opportunities and partnerships
  • Keeping partners up to date on product enhancements
  • Liaise with Product Marketing team to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage, engage and respond to online community's comments and requests.
  • Attend networking events or relevant industry workshops.

Requirements

  • Have strong verbal communication & writing skills in Chinese/English/Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • At least one year experience in partnership.
  • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube is essential.

Backend Engineer (Ruby on Rails) Lead

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Backend Engineer (Ruby on Rails) Lead to join us. We are always looking for better ideas and better solutions with new technology to improve and automate.

Responsibilities

  • To Architect, build, maintain efficient with reliable Ruby Code.
  • To identify bottlenecks, bugs and devise solutions to these problems
  • Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
  • Run code optimization tools and analyzers to spot and refactor inefficiencies to create highly performant code
  • Collaborating with other designers and developers
  • Improve our inhouse code base

Requirements

  • Experience in working on major systems in one or more languages: ideally you’ve built REST API endpoints on top of data storage layers, and understand concepts like authentication, caching, web security, and the way that frontends consume APIs
  • Excellent understanding of OOP, SOLID principles and design patterns
  • Very comfortable in Unit Testing
  • Write efficient, clean, readable and well-tested code. Proficiency with Ruby on Rails would be an advantage
  • Love to solve problems with coding
  • Like to brainstorm for better solutions
  • Independent and result oriented
  • At least 3 years' experience
  • Must-have skills: Ruby on Rails, Docker, MYSQL

DevOps Engineering Lead


As we continue to scale, we are looking for a DevOps Engineering Lead to join us. You will be working closely with multiple product teams to help design, maintain, and bring reliability to our infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the team in shaping the product architecture
  • Provision, deploy, monitor, and manage software and services in the Cloud
  • Design, develop, and maintain automations to ensure the platforms are running smoothly
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies that can improve the systems
  • Develop tooling and process to ease the deployment, testing, troubleshoot
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve performance and efficiencies
  • Monitoring system performance, uptime and perform root cause analysis

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Experience with building and operating scalable Kubernetes clusters
  • Proficiency in Docker / K8S / Containerization (Inc. Monitoring tools/Prometheus)
  • Must have deep understanding of Kubernetes and Docker architecture and associated tools
  • Experience with REST APIs in a microservices architecture
  • At least 3 years of experience in Cloud infrastructure and systems administration

Product Manager / UX Designer

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Product Manager or UX Designer to join us. You’ll work with Engineering, UX, and other internal teams to decide what products we build and why we build them. Product Managers are the glue that unites all aspects of a product under a single, cohesive vision.

Responsibilities

  • Built B2B products and services at scale to serve diverse customers
  • Help define the overall strategy for UI/UX, the roadmap, and business plan to achieve a best in class user experience
  • Actively prioritize product backlog and coordinate planning with engineers and drive UI/UX best practices across the organization, including accessibility and usability
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with engineers
  • Help unify the user experience of currently fragmented properties and products.
  • Participate in UX demos and sign off UX deliverables to ensure high quality.
  • Advocate UX research; assist with the planning and execution of usability studies.
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
  • Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets

Marketing Designer


As a Marketing Designer, you will be managing and executing all multimedia graphic works. You will be working with the marketing team to translate concepts into visual-telling creatives that are engaging. An ideal candidate will be someone who has a keen eye for visual communication and strong B2B ecommerce mastery. You pride yourself on your craft, pay close attention to detail, and can clearly articulate the rationale behind your work.

Your responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and execute graphic designs, including motion graphics, for both offline and online purposes (e.g social media, advertisements, website, flyer).
  • Be responsible for crafting and maintaining high-quality graphic treatments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, and others, to establish a clear and concise brand voice, tone, and personality.
  • Collaborate with UIUX design team to create and maintain a cohesive and consistent brand experience between Marketing and Product.
