POSITION QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

1. RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER  工程与开发部经理

1. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering ,  Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required for this position.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in research and product development in E&E industry is an advantage. 
3. Experience in Project Management, which includes schedule/task tracking, product costing analysis, and risk management.
4. Effectively presents information for discussion, such as project status and issues, with higher levels within the business. 
5. Familiar with international regulatory standards to ensure specifications and requirements compliance.
6. Must be passionate in managing/tracking details and working with people at all levels.
7. Strong leadership skills with self-initiative mindset.
8. Agile, independent, responsible, self-motivated, resourceful and able to multitasking under pressure.
9. Good communication and interpersonal skill, decision making, problem solving skill and good project management skills.
10. Fluent command of English & Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken. Proficiency to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.
11. Familiar with AutoCAD and other related software, Excel and also other analysis software

4. 拥有部门领导能力及管理能力，能够带领团队完成任务
5. 理解各国安全法规以及各种条件，熟悉各国安规维护以及申请流程
6. 熟悉安规测试并有实验室管理经验。
7. 了解ISO 9001 以及IATF国际认证的要求
8. 富有责任感，自我要求高，，抗压性好，能够独立做事且接受挑战
9. 良好的沟通技巧及表达能力，善于解决问题并与客户合作开发产品并与供应商接洽。
10. 能够精通英文及中文。
11. 熟悉工程绘图软体，以及Excel等电脑软体
12. 了解KPI以及OKR导向，并能够制定部门目标

1. RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT MANAGER  工程与开发部副经理

1. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required for this position.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in research and product development in E&E industry is an advantage. 
3. Familiar with international regulatory standards to ensure specifications and requirements compliance.
4. Good presentation skill.
5. Possess strong leadership.
6. Excellence communicator with different level of management.
7. Agile, independent, responsible, self-motivated, resourceful and able to multitasking under pressure.
8. Good communication and interpersonal skill, decision making, problem solving skill and good project management skills.
9. Manages specific programs as identified by Manager
10. Fluent command of English & Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken. Proficiency to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.

1. RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE ENGINEERING 工程与开发部资深工程师

1. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required for this position.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in research and product development in E&E industry is an advantage. 
3. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in E&E Industries 
4. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
5. Good team leadership.
6. Familiar with international regulatory standards to ensure specifications and requirements compliance.
7. Demonstrate passion and expertise in engineering-based technology and products.
8. Experience in project handling will be advantages.
9. Manages specific programs as identified by Manager/ Assistant Manager.
10. Ability to communicate clearly
11. Organized, meticulous, analytical and willing to learn new things.
12. Fluent command of English & Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken. Proficiency to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.

1. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER  产品开发工程师

1. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required for this position.
2. Minimum 1-2 Years of experience in electronic manufacturing. 
3. Good in mechanical drawing, well versed in Auto Cad 2D & 3D knowledge in Solid Work Software is added advantage.
4. Pleasant personality, initiative, hardworking & computer literate. 
5. Possess strong sense of urgency in completing assignments.
6. Fluent command of English & Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken. Proficiency to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.

5. Fluent command of English & Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken. Proficiency to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Management or its equivalent.
2. At least 3 years of purchasing experience in the related field is required for this position. 
3. Should ideally have experience in raw material E&E procurement, in vendor management, negotiations, etc.
4. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
5. Good leadership skill.
6. Ability to analyst problems and strategic for better solutions.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Positive attitude, able to work within tight deadline and eager to deal with challenges.
9. Goal oriented and able work well with all staff management at all level.

• PURCHASING ASSISTANT 采购助理

1.  Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Management or its equivalent.
2. Minimum 1-2 Years of experience in purchasing. 
3. Strong communication and collaboration skills. 
4. Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
5. Pleasant personality, initiative, hardworking & computer literate. 
6. Possess strong sense of urgency in completing assignments.
7. Possess a pleasant personality and good telephone etiquette skills.

7. Leadership skills and able to lead the department
